About Bizora
Bizora is an AI tax research platform built for CPAs, EAs, tax attorneys and in-house tax teams. It is trained on primary source US tax law, including the Internal Revenue Code, Treasury Regulations, IRS rulings and state guidance, and returns citation-backed answers, deeper analysis and ready-to-send memo drafts, with coverage of all 50 states included in the base price.
In July 2026 the company launched the Bizora Advisory Group, a scoped, hours-based service in which credentialed CPAs and EAs review completed returns, flag missing items and give second opinions and sign-off on uncommon or higher-risk strategies. At the same time Bizora upgraded its MCP tools to work with more AI assistants, including Claude and Codex, and added Deep Tax Research and Auto Routing modes plus automatic entity creation from uploaded documents.
It is positioned for tax professionals and firms of any size that want faster, source-grounded research without the cost of legacy research suites, with per-seat plans from $29.99 to $119.99 per month and a 7-day free trial.

Our in-depth review
Bizora sits in the fast-growing pack of AI tax research tools chasing Thomson Reuters and Bluej, with a distinctive twist: it now sells human review hours alongside the software.
What it does well. The platform is trained on primary source material, and the vendor says every answer carries citations to the IRC, regulations and rulings, which is the right design for professional use. Pricing is transparent and low, all-state coverage is included, and the MCP integration means firms already working in Claude or Copilot can pull Bizora research into their own workflows. The new Advisory Group, where credentialed CPAs and EAs sign off on positions, is a sensible answer to the obvious question of who stands behind an AI answer.
Where it falls short. Accuracy claims are the vendor's own and there is no published benchmark against established research platforms. The Advisory Group is explicitly not an accounting firm and is scoped by hours, so firms should read the engagement terms carefully. It is US-focused, so UK practitioners will find little here.
Best for. US tax professionals, from solo EAs to mid-sized firms, who want cheap, citation-backed research and an optional second reviewer for riskier positions.
Verdict. A credible, keenly priced research assistant worth trialling, provided you treat its answers as a starting point and not a sign-off.
