About Kredily
Kredily is an Indian HR and payroll platform covering payroll, HR records, attendance including face recognition, leave, performance, recruitment, expenses, assets and insurance, with an employee mobile app. Statutory compliance is built in: provident fund, employee state insurance, professional tax and TDS are calculated state by state each cycle, and it generates Form 16 and 24Q, PF ECR files and challans, with alerts before statutory deadlines.
Its AI feature is Kai, an agentic co-pilot with more than 110 skills across modules. It can act on requests such as applying leave or running payroll, but only within the user's role permissions; irreversible actions need human approval and every action is logged, and answers come from the company's own data. An MCP connector lets Claude or Gemini query HR and payroll data with permissions enforced, and an ICICI Bank integration handles salary and vendor payouts. For chartered accountants and payroll service providers, a CA programme offers free client payroll, a multi-company dashboard, co-branding and a compliance view across all clients.
Kredily says more than 25,000 companies use it. A Free Forever plan covers unlimited employees, with paid plans from ₹1,249 a month. It is built for Indian employers and the CA firms that run their payroll.

Our in-depth review
Kredily is an Indian payroll and HR system, so its relevance in this directory is narrow but real: CA firms and payroll providers in India, and UK or US practices whose clients have Indian subsidiaries, need a reliable way to run local payroll and statutory filings.
What it does well. The free tier is genuinely generous, covering payroll, HR, attendance, leave and PF, ESI, PT and TDS calculations for unlimited employees, and paid plans are cheap by any standard: ₹1,249 a month for up to 25 employees on Payroll OS, adding salary payouts via ICICI, challans and Form 16. Kai's design is careful for an agentic assistant: it acts only within the user's role permissions, asks for approval on irreversible actions and logs everything. The CA programme, with free client payroll, a multi-company dashboard, co-branding and one compliance view across clients, is aimed squarely at firms, and the MCP connector is a forward-looking touch.
Where it falls short. It does nothing for UK PAYE, US payroll or any jurisdiction outside India, so for most readers it is only relevant through an Indian entity. The site does not describe integrations with Tally or Zoho Books, which many Indian firms use for the ledger, so payroll journals may need export and import. Kai's capabilities are described by the company, with no independent assessment of how reliably Kai runs payroll actions. Multi-company support sits in the Enterprise tier, which is custom priced, although the CA programme includes a multi-company dashboard. Bank payout integration is limited to ICICI and NEFT.
Best for. Indian startups and SMEs, and the CA firms and payroll providers serving them, wanting low-cost statutory payroll with an AI assistant. International groups with Indian staff but no local entity should compare an employer of record such as Deel, and UK practices should use BrightPay for domestic payroll.
Verdict. A strong-value Indian payroll and HR platform with a sensibly guarded AI co-pilot and a real programme for CA firms. Start on the free plan with a small client, check Form 16, PF and ESI outputs against a known month, and confirm how payroll will reach the client's ledger before moving larger clients.
