About Incentify
Incentify is a platform for discovering and managing US tax credits and incentives. Explore matches any US address to eligible federal, state and zone programmes, using what the company calls AI-powered eligibility matching across more than 1,200 programmes tracked in real time. AI Navigator runs guided eligibility reviews, estimates programme values, lists filing requirements and deadlines, and produces branded reports for stakeholders. Optimize manages a portfolio of captured incentives, with compliance tracking, deadline and clawback alerts, payment forecasting and multi-jurisdiction filing management.
A dedicated CPA offering starts with a free tier needing no card, then Starter at $275 and Pro at $450 per month, with Enterprise on request; searches, reviews and site monitoring draw on tokens, and Enterprise adds white-labelled client sharing through Opportunity Manager. Incentify says it manages more than $20 billion in credits and incentives, lists KPMG, Cargill, Kroger, Tyson and Ryan among firms that trust it, raised a $9.5 million Series A in April 2025, announced a collaboration with Bloomberg Tax in October 2025, and won a 2026 Fintech Breakthrough award for tax and accounting innovation.
It is positioned at CPA firms building advisory work and at corporate tax and real estate teams with multi-site footprints. It covers US programmes only.

Our in-depth review
Credits and incentives are money most US businesses leave on the table because nobody has time to check which of hundreds of state, local and zone programmes apply to each site. Incentify's job is to make that check fast enough that a CPA firm can run it across a client list and turn the results into advisory work.
What it does well. The address-first approach is simple and effective: give it a location and it returns the programmes that may apply, without needing an existing incentives portfolio. AI Navigator turns that into a guided eligibility review with estimated value and filing steps, which is the output a client actually wants to see. The free CPA tier with no card is a genuinely low-risk way to test the idea on a few clients, and published Starter and Pro prices are welcome in a category usually priced by consultants. Large corporate names, the Bloomberg Tax collaboration and a substantial portfolio under management add credibility.
Where it falls short. The token model makes cost hard to predict, as searches, reviews and monthly site monitoring each draw on tokens, and white-labelled client sharing is reserved for Enterprise. Estimated values are a starting point, not a claim; capturing an incentive still means applications, documentation and compliance over years, which the firm must resource. The AI matching claim is the company's own. It covers US programmes only, so UK practices gain nothing, and the R&D credit space has many specialist providers.
Best for. US CPA firms of 11 to 50 people looking for a repeatable advisory offer, and corporate teams managing incentives across many sites. On the free tier, run ten client addresses, pick the two highest estimated values and check eligibility manually against programme rules before showing a client. Firms focused on tax research rather than incentives should look at Blue J or Bizora in this directory.
Verdict. A practical, low-risk way for US firms to find incentive opportunities across a client base, with a free tier to prove it, though token pricing and the real work of capture need planning.
