About Eftsure

Eftsure is a payment assurance platform for finance and accounts payable teams. It verifies that a vendor's bank account genuinely belongs to that vendor before money leaves, checking against a continuously monitored database of businesses, and shows the result as a traffic light against each payment. The platform covers secure vendor onboarding, payment protection, segregation of duties, audit and reporting, and continuous fraud monitoring, and targets threats such as business email compromise, invoice fraud, payment redirection and deepfake executive impersonation.

Eftsure integrates with ERPs and payment platforms including Oracle NetSuite, SAP, SAP Ariba, Workday, Coupa, Acumatica, Kyriba and FIS, and inside NetSuite it can block high-risk payments automatically. In September 2026 it acquired Relish, adding vendor data validation and invoice AI, after buying French payment control firm Sis ID in 2025. The company says the combined group serves more than 4,000 customers across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific, protects 288 billion dollars of payments a year and monitors over 11 million businesses. It offers a guarantee of up to 1 million dollars on verified payments lost to social engineering in Australia, New Zealand and the US.

It is built for mid-sized and large organisations with a formal accounts payable function.

Our in-depth review

Eftsure addresses one of the costliest frauds a finance team can suffer: paying a genuine invoice into a fraudster's bank account after a spoofed email changes the supplier's details. Its job is to make sure, at the moment of payment, that the account belongs to the payee, which is a hard control rather than a nudge.

What it does well. Verification sits directly in the payment run, with a clear traffic light for every line and, in NetSuite, automatic blocking of high-risk payments. The integration list across NetSuite, SAP, Workday, Coupa, Kyriba and FIS covers most enterprise estates. The guarantee of up to 1 million dollars on verified payments in its core markets shows confidence in the control. The Sis ID and Relish acquisitions extend coverage into Europe and move the checks further upstream into vendor onboarding and invoice review.

Where it falls short. Pricing is not published and every route in is a demo. Its regional sites cover the US, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, with European coverage coming through Sis ID, so a UK organisation should check exactly how UK bank accounts are verified and whether the guarantee applies to it, as the stated guarantee does not name the UK. There is no sign of Xero, QuickBooks or Sage integration, so it does not fit the small business clients of a typical bookkeeping practice. Two acquisitions in two years also mean the product will be changing as they are folded in.

Best for. Mid-sized and large organisations with a formal AP team, high supplier volumes and an ERP such as NetSuite, SAP or Workday, along with the outsourced AP providers serving them. A trial should replay recent supplier bank-detail changes through the platform and test what happens with overseas and newly created accounts. UK teams already in the UK banking system should also compare the Confirmation of Payee checks their bank offers, and those wanting full-population expense and invoice audit should look at AppZen.

Verdict. A genuine payment control and one of the strongest defences against vendor impersonation fraud, for larger AP teams. UK buyers must confirm local coverage and guarantee terms first.
