About Stuut

Stuut is an AI agent for order-to-cash work. It contacts customers about invoices before and after they fall due by email, SMS and voice, logs into customer payment portals, matches incoming payments to invoices in the ERP, offers click-to-pay links, and investigates disputes and deductions. Order validation is included and credit recommendations are listed as coming soon.

The site lists integrations with Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday, Sage, ServiceTitan and QuickBooks, along with banks and payment providers including Plaid, Stripe, Kyriba and Fiserv, plus Salesforce, ServiceNow, Teams and Slack. The company says it goes live in three days, that more than $3 billion has moved through the platform, and that each action is logged and new actions need approval. Named customers include Honeywell, Verifone and ZoomInfo. Based in New York, Stuut announced a $29.5 million Series A led by Andreessen Horowitz in November 2025, Fiserv announced a strategic partnership with it in August 2026, and a September 2026 SEC filing recorded a further $67.6 million of equity sold. Security documentation sits in a separate trust centre.

It is positioned at finance and AR teams in mid-sized and large companies, mainly in the US, rather than at accounting practices.

Our in-depth review

Credit control is the job everyone in a finance team puts off: polite reminders, chasing remittances, matching part payments and arguing over deductions. Stuut hands that job to an AI agent that writes, texts and phones customers, then applies the cash when it arrives.

What it does well. It covers the whole receivables loop rather than one step. Outreach across email, SMS and voice, portal logins, cash application and dispute handling sit in one agent, and the company says every action is logged and anything new needs human approval, which matters when an AI is speaking to your customers. The ERP list is serious, including NetSuite, Dynamics, SAP, Oracle and Sage, and the named customer base is enterprise. Backing from Andreessen Horowitz, a further $67.6 million raise filed in September 2026 and the August 2026 Fiserv partnership suggest it will be around for a while.

Where it falls short. It is built for in-house finance teams, not accounting practices. There is no published pricing, only a value calculator and a demo, so expect an enterprise sales process. Xero is not listed, and QuickBooks is the only small-business ledger named, so most UK small-practice clients are out of scope. The headline results, such as a 47 percent cut in DSO and live in three days, are the company's own figures. Voice calls to customers raise questions about consent, call recording and tone that a UK business would want answered before switching it on, and credit features are still rolling out.

Best for. Mid-sized and larger companies with high invoice volumes on NetSuite, Dynamics, SAP or similar, where a small AR team is overwhelmed. An outsourced finance provider running AR for larger clients might also consider it, alongside HighRadius and Tesorio.

Verdict. A credible, well-funded receivables agent for enterprise finance teams, but a poor fit for most UK practices and their small-business clients. If you trial it, start with email-only reminders on a single customer segment, review every message it sends for the first month, and check how disputes are escalated. Firms whose clients run on Xero should look at Chaser or Kolleno, which connect to it directly.
