Paraglide sells AI agents for accounts receivable and order-to-cash that work from a company's AR inbox. The Billing Support Agent replies to invoice queries in any language, sends documents, follows up when customers go quiet and collects PO numbers and promise-to-pay dates. The Collection Agent runs personalised collections conversations, sends reminders, targets frequent late payers and escalates when needed. Further modules cover disputes, supplier portal submissions and cash application.
The site says the agents connect to a company's ERP, CRM, billing software and email inbox, and that custom integrations can be built, but it does not name specific systems on the homepage. On security, it cites independently audited controls, data handled in Europe by default with a data processing agreement and documented erasure, built-in human oversight and a trust centre. Customer quotes come from Choco, which says it cut DSO by 34 per cent within 14 days, GetAccept, which reached inbox zero in its first week, and Spiideo, which cut its over-30-day ageing by 43 per cent. Those are customer and vendor figures.

Our in-depth review
Paraglide starts from a practical observation: much of accounts receivable work is answering emails. Customers ask for invoice copies, query charges, need a PO number added or promise to pay next week, and someone has to reply, chase and record it. Paraglide's agents take over that inbox.
What it does well. The inbox-first approach is well judged. A billing support agent that replies in any language, sends the right document and records promise-to-pay dates removes a lot of low-value work, and the collections agent builds on the same conversation history rather than sending generic reminders. European data handling by default, with a DPA and documented erasure, will reassure UK and EU buyers more than many US rivals do. The customer quotes from named European scale-ups such as Choco, GetAccept and Spiideo are specific, and the speed of results they describe suggests setup is not a long project.
Where it falls short. The homepage does not name a single ERP or accounting system, so a buyer cannot tell from the site whether Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or NetSuite are supported out of the box; ask before booking a demo. Security is described as independently audited without saying which standard. There is no public pricing, and the headline figures, a 74 per cent cut in manual tasks and 22 per cent less bad debt, are unattributed. Letting an agent answer customers directly needs clear rules on tone, escalation and what it may promise, so test those on low-risk accounts first.
Best for. UK and European B2B software and services companies with a busy shared AR inbox, multilingual customers and a small finance team. Businesses whose main need is automated reminders on a Xero or Sage ledger may get more from Chaser or Kolleno, while US mid-market firms may compare Tesorio or Fazeshift in this directory. In a trial, route a month of real billing queries through the agent and review every reply it sends.
Verdict. A sensible, Europe-friendly AR inbox agent with credible early customers. Worth a demo for scale-ups drowning in billing emails, but confirm integrations, security standards and pricing first.
