About Kapittx

Kapittx is a Pune-based finance operations company that sells AI agents for accounts receivable and working capital to B2B businesses. Its AR automation agent handles collections, payment reminders, dispute tracking and receivables visibility; an AI collection agent prioritises and runs collection workflows; an AI email agent classifies customer payment replies and identifies payment intent; and an AI cash application agent matches payments across bank statements, remittances and ERP data and handles exceptions. Analytics flag payment risk early.

The site lists integrations with Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Navision, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Business One, Tally, QuickBooks, Xero and Zoho Books. Security is covered on a separate data security page with no specific certifications shown on the homepage. No customers are named on the homepage. In June 2026 the company published research arguing that NetSuite's receivables design adds days to DSO and said its NetSuite customers report 20 to 30 per cent lower DSO, figures that are its own. Third-party directories describe it as a small, largely bootstrapped company.

It is positioned for mid-sized and enterprise B2B companies in distribution, manufacturing, IT services and transport. Pricing is quoted after a demo.

Our in-depth review

Kapittx is an accounts receivable automation tool from India that sells AI agents to chase customers, read their replies and match the cash when it arrives. The job is lowering DSO for B2B companies with many customers and patchy payment habits.

What it does well. The integration list is unusually wide, spanning Tally and Zoho Books for Indian businesses, Xero and QuickBooks for smaller companies, and NetSuite, Business Central and several SAP products for larger ones. That range makes it one of the few AR agents in this directory that can serve a group with mixed ledgers. The email agent, which reads customer replies and picks out promises and disputes, targets a time-consuming part of credit control, and putting cash application in the same platform avoids exporting data between tools. The product covers the full collections loop rather than reminders alone.

Where it falls short. Evidence is thin. No customers are named on the homepage, security detail sits on a separate page without certifications shown, and the headline DSO reductions come from the company's own research, which also serves as marketing against NetSuite's native tools. Directories describe a small, bootstrapped team, which raises questions about support coverage in UK hours and long-term continuity. There is nothing aimed at UK practice, such as Bacs, sterling payment collection or UK late payment interest, and pricing is only available after a demo.

Best for. Mid-sized B2B companies, particularly groups with operations in India and elsewhere that run Tally alongside NetSuite, SAP or Xero. A UK business with a straightforward Xero or Sage ledger will find more proven options in Chaser or Kolleno, while larger enterprises on SAP may compare HighRadius or Transformance. In a trial, ask for named reference customers in your sector, a copy of any SOC 2 or ISO 27001 report, and test the email agent on a month of real customer replies.

Verdict. A broadly integrated AR agent platform that suits multi-ledger groups, especially with Indian operations. Ask hard questions about security, references and support before committing, as public evidence of results is limited.
