About HighRadius

HighRadius is an enterprise finance software company best known for order-to-cash: collections, cash application, deductions, credit management and e-invoicing. Its platform also covers accounts payable automation and supplier portals, B2B payments, record-to-report (financial close, balance sheet and daily revenue reconciliation, intercompany, consolidation and reporting) and treasury (cash management, forecasting and payments). The company says more than 180 AI agents run on the platform, from remittance capture and credit risk scoring to anomaly detection and three-way AP matching.

The site names SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics and NetSuite and claims pre-built integrations with more than 50 ERPs and systems, plus a payment gateway for SAP. Its payments product is PCI DSS compliant, with further detail in a trust centre. In February 2026 it launched outcome-based pricing, with no implementation fee and fees linked to agreed KPI improvements. HighRadius is named a Challenger in Gartner Magic Quadrants for financial close and for accounts payable, and cites more than 1,300 customers, with case studies from Coca-Cola bottlers, L'Oreal, Danone North America and Siemens Healthineers.

It is positioned for large enterprises and upper mid-market finance functions with high transaction volumes, typically on SAP or Oracle.

Our in-depth review

HighRadius is the heavyweight of AR automation and increasingly of the whole office of the CFO. Its job is to take very large volumes of receivables, payables and reconciliations and push as much as possible through without a person touching them.

What it does well. Scale and depth. Order-to-cash is mature, with deductions management and cash application that handle the remittance chaos of consumer goods and manufacturing businesses, and the case studies come from household names. Covering AR, AP, treasury and the close on one platform means data flows from collections into cash forecasting and the close without exports. The February 2026 outcome-based pricing, with no implementation fee and fees linked to agreed KPI gains, is a bold commercial move that shifts risk to the vendor, at least on paper. Gartner recognition in two Magic Quadrants supports its credibility with procurement teams.

Where it falls short. It is enterprise software through and through. There is no Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or FreeAgent connection on the site, so small and mid-sized UK businesses are out of scope. Outcome-based pricing needs careful reading: the gain share percentage is agreed per client, and how improvement is measured against a baseline will decide the real cost. The site quotes inconsistent figures, 180 and 190 agents, 1,300 and 1,500 customers, a reminder that marketing numbers need checking. Implementation across several modules is a substantial programme, and the breadth of the suite creates strong lock-in once AR, AP and treasury all run on it.

Best for. Large UK and multinational groups on SAP, Oracle or Dynamics with thousands of customer payments a month, a deductions problem, or an appetite to consolidate finance tools. Mid-market software firms on NetSuite may find Tesorio or Fazeshift lighter, and UK SMEs and practices are far better served by Chaser or Kolleno in this directory.

Verdict. A proven enterprise platform with deep order-to-cash capability and an unusual risk-sharing pricing model. Right for large finance functions willing to run a proper implementation; irrelevant to most UK practices except through their largest corporate clients.
