About Dytto
Dytto is an AI agent for accounting and bookkeeping firms. It works inside the tools a firm already uses, handles routine work and asks the user to approve every change before it is made.
The vendor lists Skills (custom processes a firm can teach and share), dashboards built on live figures, email drafts and follow-ups, tax research backed by official sources, and a single view of client status and deadlines. Its integrations page names Xero, Sage Accounting, FreeAgent, Silverfin, Odoo, Exact Online, Outlook, SharePoint, HMRC and Companies House. The vendor lists role-based access, an audit trail and a DPA, says client data is not used to train models, and shows ISO 27001 as coming soon. Dytto was reported to have raised EUR 1.5 million pre-seed in February 2026.
It is positioned for accounting and bookkeeping practices, mainly in the UK and Benelux, that want an assistant for routine checks and client follow-up.
Key Features
- Teachable Skills for repeatable checks such as VAT and year-end reviews

Our in-depth review
Dytto is a Belgian-founded AI agent aimed at accounting and bookkeeping firms, and it sits closer to a practice assistant than to a ledger tool. It raised a reported pre-seed round in February 2026, so treat it as an early-stage product.
What it does well. The vendor says every change Dytto makes needs the user's approval, and it lists a full audit trail and a statement that client data is not used to train models. The Skills idea is practical: a firm can teach it a repeatable process such as a VAT check before filing, a year-end review or an aged debtors reconciliation against the bank, then share it with colleagues. Its integrations page names Xero, Sage Accounting, FreeAgent, Silverfin, Odoo, Outlook and HMRC and Companies House as sources, which covers a lot of UK practice ground.
Where it falls short. Much of the integration list is Benelux software, so UK depth will vary by stack. ISO 27001 is marked "Soon" on the vendor's site, which matters if your clients ask for certification. All performance claims are the vendor's own and we have not seen independent accuracy data.
Best for. Small and mid-sized UK or European practices that want a supervised assistant for routine checks, client emails and deadline tracking, and that run Xero, Sage or FreeAgent.
Verdict. Worth a seven-day trial on a few real clients before committing. Test the Skills on your own VAT and year-end checklists, and check approval prompts are not tedious at volume.
