About AuditDashboard
AuditDashboard is a client experience platform for audit, tax and cybersecurity engagements. Firms use it to build prepared-by-client request lists, collect and share files securely, schedule work with clients, gather electronic signatures on engagement letters, representation letters and financial statements, and give both the firm and the client a single dashboard of what is complete and what is outstanding.
On 30 September 2026 the company launched AI Connectors, built on the Model Context Protocol, which let a firm connect Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot to live engagements. The company says agents can flag missing or inconsistent evidence, draft client follow-ups, pull populations, select samples and draft working papers for auditor review. Version 8.0 added Microsoft 365 and Copilot integrations, and the site lists connections to Salesforce, SharePoint, Entra ID, Power BI, Outlook, HubSpot and Practice Engine, plus more than 75 API endpoints. The company cites 99% customer retention over five years, which is its own figure.
It is positioned at accounting and audit firms of all sizes, and its site shows logos from networks and alliances including Grant Thornton, Baker Tilly International, Moore, HLB International and Nexia.

Our in-depth review
AuditDashboard solves an unglamorous problem that eats audit hours: chasing clients for documents and knowing, at any moment, what is still missing. Its new AI layer is less a product of its own than a doorway for the assistants firms already pay for, which is a sensible position for a portal vendor to take.
What it does well. The request list and status dashboard are the core, and they give the client and the engagement team the same picture, which cuts the email back-and-forth that drags out fieldwork. E-signatures for engagement and representation letters keep the paperwork in one place. Building AI access through the Model Context Protocol rather than a proprietary bot means a firm can keep using Copilot, Claude or ChatGPT under its own governance and data policies instead of adding yet another AI vendor to its risk register. The integration list, with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Salesforce and HubSpot, suits firms that live in Microsoft.
Where it falls short. The AI Connectors only launched on 30 September 2026, and there is no independent evidence yet on how reliably agents flag missing evidence or draft working papers. Pricing is not published, so a practice cannot model cost per engagement without a sales call. The site names no specific security certifications, so ask for the SOC report through the Trust Center before uploading client data. It is a client collaboration layer, not an audit file, so firms still need Caseware, CCH or similar for the working papers themselves.
Best for. Audit and tax firms in the US or UK that still run prepared-by-client requests through email and spreadsheets, and firms with an approved AI assistant they want pointed at engagement data. In a trial, run one live audit through it, measure how many client chasers it removes, and test an AI Connector on a closed engagement before a live one. Suralink is the closest rival in the directory and is worth comparing on AI features and price.
Verdict. A solid client request portal with a pragmatic AI connection; buy it for the portal today and treat the agent features as promising but unproven.
